© Michelle Chan Can you teach an old dog new tricks? Real answer? YES! How do I know? Because I did it! Quite a few years ago, when I suggested my close friend train her 10+ year old dog to lay down, she said... "You can't teach an old dog new tricks." Original, right? I, on the other hand, took on the challenge. Within a few times of going over to her house on random visits and playing with her dog, she succeeded in laying down! I was ecstatic! I had bragging rights. Being young and less gracious back then, I said to my friend four of the most dreaded words, "I told you so." Moral of the story? No matter what your chronological age is, it is never too late to learn, change, and grow as an individual and in your relationships. With Spring approaching, it is a great way to start anew by taking the first step to making the changes we've been contemplating for so long. “The future depends on what we do in the present.” – Mohandas K. Gandhi
